A bus boy from Justin’s NYC BBQ restaurant Southern Comfort is suing the boybander regarding his wages. Felipe Ramales  claims that the restaurant has screwed him on tips and overtime pay. The restaurant says that all the allegations are bogus and that all staff receive well above minimum wage.

I didn’t even know that Justin owns a BBQ restaurant. I gues he’s really bringing sexy back–ribs.

MTV’s “Total Request Live” or known to fans as TRL is finally coming to an end this Sunday (Nov. 15). After a decade-long run or promoting artists and songs, they are now ready to take a bow and exit the stage. Fans of the show are having a hard time saying goodbye. Launched in 1998 and originally hosted and popularized by now talk-show host Carson Daly, TRL has been a solid show for the network and proved to be a steady success throughout the years.

The Time Square show has been the regular pit stop for artist promoting their new releases and has been a catapult to some up and coming artist. At its peak in 1999, “TRL” averaged 761,000 viewers a day, with 360,000 of them ages 12 to 17, according to Nielsen Media Research.

Former boyband member Lance Bass of Nsync claims that he is now 2 inches shorter than he was when he first started cosmonaut training he received in Russia in 2002.

Bass revealed this at the Tonight show with Jay Leno stating that he underwent a condensed training for 6 months to prepare himself for space. He claims he didn’t know how it happened but have been receiving comments about his height. 

“I got shorter,” he said, “I did! I don’t know what happened. Everyone said, ‘You’re much shorter,’ so I measured myself and…yeah.”

Kanye West has been arrested on suspicion of assault after he allegedly had a physical encounter with a paparazzo. This happened after his performance at Metro Radio Arena in New Castle, England. The victim, Photographer Terry Blackburn, said that the rapper came out of a club with lady friends then ran at him and pushed the camera in his face resulting in some cuts and bruises which he showed authorities. This is the second time the “Love Lockdown” singer has been involved in a physical altercation with a paparazzi, the first one was at Los Angeles International Airport in September.
