So You Think You Can Dance Top 20.

Asuka and Vitolio picked Broadway. Choreographed by Tyce D’Orio.

This was my least favorite dance of the night. Seems like Asuka is lacking in the personality department. Hope she survives another week though.

So You Think You Can Dance 2009.

Ashley and Kupono danced to a Wade Robson routine. The story is about a very nervous crash test dummy.

I am glad Wade is back this season. He brings such an interesting take to dancing and all of his routines are very memorable. Very well danced and the characters were great.

Phillip and Jeanine started the night with a hip hop routine by Tabitha and Napoleon. They danced to “Mad” by NeYo.

The judges loved it. I thought it was a great start to a new season. Phillip was very lucky to get hip hop as the first dance of the season to showcase his crazy dance skills. Jeanine was pretty good too.

Jason and Caitlin dancing to Slumdog Millionaire’s hit song “Jai Ho” choreographed by Nikuul.

This is the second time bollywood has been danced on SYTYCD.

This was one of the better performances of the night. They did good but Katie and Joshua’s bollywood performance was better which was also choreographed by Nikuul. Caitlin and Jason are likable enough and would probably be one of the more popular couples this season.

Evan and Randi danced to “I Only Have Eyes For You.” Jazz routine choreographed by Tyce Diorio.

Randi did an excellent job. Good performance. Better than the Broadway routine Tyce choreo’d for Asuka and Vitolio.

Jonathan and Karla dancing to “Poker Face” choreographed by Tony Meredith.

This was one of the weaker performances of the night.

Tony and Paris picked a Hip Hop number by Napoleon and Tabitha.

The pressure’s on for Tony since it’s his style. Unfortunately he fell short on his performance. He had been featured quite a lot during the auditions so I don’t know how this will affect his votes but the attention he’s been getting is definitely undeserved.
