Kanye West has done it again!

Just when you thought Kanye could not possibly get the world to hate him even more - he comes up with this: (the video comes up after a quick commercial from mtv)

Taylor Swift was really genuinely happy to receive a moon man from MTV but before she could finish her acceptance speech - Kanye decided to voice his opinion by stealing the mic and telling everybody that Beyonce’s video is the best.

I really found this to be very funny but annoying at the same time. I can’t help but to feel bad for Taylor who was left stunned after the crazy stunt. Everybody booed Kanye off the stage while giving a standing ovation for Taylor.

This was by far the most outrageous thing he has done and totally tops when he said he should replace Michael Jackson as the king of pop just days after his death.

In the end, Beyonce did get a chance to win video of the year and gracefully gave her moment to Taylor so that she could finish her speech.

Kanye apologized in his blog and said that he was just keeping it real but totally disrespected Taylor Swift. He said he liked the lyrics about cheerleaders and bleachers - Whoopie!

Congratulations to Kris Allen again for winning the coveted American Idol crown and also for having the most popular song on iTunes.

His version of the winner’s song “No Boundaries” hit the number one spot on iTunes Top 100.

Adam and Kris dominated the charts.

And I thought people hated the song. They even had a blog dedicated to making fun of the song co-written by Kara DioGuardi.

Now that American Idol 8 is over, I am excited about So You Think You Can Dance.

Our favorite American Idol rocker chick Allison Iraheta performs with Cyndi Lauper. Cyndi playing a dulcimer. Too much going on for a classic song but pretty good overall.

Megan Joy and Michael Sarver performed “Pretty Flowers” with comedic icon Steve Martin working the banjo. The song was also written by Steve Martin. This is the second time I’ve seen him play the banjo, the first time being in SNL. I thought it was very a very interesting tune. Megan is weird.

Kris Allen and Adam Lambert sang “We are the Champions” together with surprise guest band Queen!

Kris was good but this song was really made for Adam Lambert and it showed the difference between the two contestant’s voice and singing style.

2nd runner upper Danny Gokey performs with Lionel Ritchie on last night’s American Idol season finale.

Good job by the Gokey! He sang 3 songs which was more than most contestants did last night.

Adam Lambert rocked it with guest performers KISS! Sporting shoulder braces and high heels, it felt like Adam belonged. I can really see Adam doing this kind of songs and I am imagining KISS adopting this guy and making new music together.

Fergie and the Black Eyed Peas perform last night on American Idol! Wish the music was louder and the electronic voice effects were present but overall a great performance.
