Karla and Vitolio dance to a Quickstep routine by Jean Marc and France.

The dreaded quickstep was actually not that bad this time around. I thought Karla and Vitolio danced it pretty well considering it’s their first time dancing together. Although they did good, I fear it’s their time to leave the show.

Melissa and Ade perform a Pas De Duex by Thordal Christensen.

They have been consistently good since day 1 and the judges loved them again for this routine. Who can perform this better than a real ballerina.

Melissa was great. Ade didn’t do a whole lot but I guess that was the routine.

They are my favorite couple of the season.

Phillip and Jeanine dance to another hip hop routine by Tabitha and Napoleon.

Hurray for Nappy Tabs! Phillip and Jeanine had to dance while being chained and good thing they didn’t mess up. I really like all Napoleon and Tabitha routines. Phillip and Jeanine are lucky to get Hip Hop again.

Caitlin and Jason dance to a Pop Jazz routine by Brian Friedman.

This routine is pretty weird. Caitlin plays a dominant alien trying to impregnate Jason. Pretty kooky stuff. Brian Friedman is not from this world. At least Mia understood it.

Randi and Evan dance to a Broadway routine by Joey Dowling.

I thought it was pretty fun. The jab dance was pretty funny but it got annoying after a few times. The table and chairs were pretty distracting but overall I thought it was pretty good. It’s different from Tyce’s and reminds me of a Mandy Moore routine Jazz routine she did for Sabra and Neil. Joey Dowling is very intimidating.

Kayla and Kupono danced to a jazz routine by Sonya.

The theme is pretty good. Kayla and Kupono danced it pretty well. Mia loved the costume and the makeup and thought that this was by far the best by Sonya.

Kayla is awesome. Kupono is annoying.

Jeanette and Brandon dance to a Cha Cha choreographed by  Jean Marc and France.

The crowd went wild for them. The judges raved about them. Mia has always been hard on Brandon and good for him for showing America how good he is.

Phillip and Jeanine does Broadway by Tyce.

The routine was good. Phillip was just okay. He does have a lot of fans though so we’ll see if he makes it to next week. This routine made me sneeze a lot. Phillip ripped his pants while jumping over the sofa and Jeanine was kind enough to show it to everybody.

Caitlin and Jason taking on a Paso Doble by Jean-Marc.

Caitlin would make a good news personality.

They both danced pretty good. The routine was just okay. The judges thought it was good. I thought it was not epic enough for the song.

Randi and Evan dance to a contemporary routine by Mia Michaels.

This is the first routine (for couples) from Mia Michaels this season.

The dance will focus on Randi’s butt. Pretty good routine. I can’t say it’s the best but it was pretty solid. Randi and Evan danced it well. The judges loved it.
